Jason Golightly
I have been intrigued with electricity and the limitless applications it presents since boyhood. I started my first bout of professional electrical training shortly after high school in west Michigan as an electrician in the IBEW. After completing my apprenticeship in 2001, I went on to earn my Master Electrician license in the State of Michigan in 2002. After another 11 years in the field, I made the decision to return to school and earn my engineering degree. Upon graduating the Electrical Engineering program at Grand Valley State University in 2018 I found myself designing control systems and interfaces for industrial processes using Allen Bradley and National Instruments PLCs, with a focus on induction process control. Recently, I have continued honing my skills and added the Keyence lineup of measurement and vision tools to my arsenal.
